Evelyn was born and raised in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. Since she was young she has been developing her keen interest in arts and culture. After completing her education at one of the most notable schools in Indonesia, Santa Ursula, she came to Singapore to further pursued her diploma title as a Furniture Designer, at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. After completing her studies, she joined the design lab. of KODA ltd.’s headquarter office in Singapore.

Here in KODA, where she starts developing her skills in multidisciplinary design fields. Other than designing furniture, she is also handling interior design, visual merchandising and also graphic design for marketing collaterals, for both KODA and Commune - A subsidiary furniture retail company of KODA. Apart from these academic qualifications, she's accomplished master grade in YAMAHA electone music course, and also knows 5 different languages: Indonesian - mothertounge, English, Chinese, German, and Spanish.
