"If you are you, breathe. If you breathe, you talk. If you talk, you ask. If you ask, you think. If you think, you search. If you search, you experience. If you experience, you learn. If you learn, you grow. If you grow, you wish.If you wish, you find. And if you find, you doubt. If you doubt, you question. If you question, you understand and if you understand, you know. If you know, you want to know more. If you want to know, more you are alive."

The design concept proposed for National Geographic retail cum cafe is "Tribal Rustic", as the store diplays items with cultural and historical values, such as photographs, collectors' belonging, and also vintage artifacts. The design intention is to create a museum-like retail space that will also provide walk-in customers with educational teachings.
Natural wood and stones were mainly used as design elements. Textures and layers of geometrical shapes fills up the wall space, to bring out the rustic feels. Taupe and black are used as main interior color scheme, while splashes of yellow colored frame - the company theme color - are placed to highlights areas as such: counter and new/bestselling products.
